1. Arrival & Pick-Up
- Start Time: Based on your reservation (morning or afternoon slots available)Location: Designated embarkation point on Hilton Head Island.
- Meet your USCG-licensed captain at the dock.
- Quick safety briefing and overview of the day’s plan.
- Load up personal items (sunscreen, drinks, snacks, etc.) and get comfortable.
2. Cruise to Fishing Grounds
Travel by boat through scenic Lowcountry waterways.Watch for dolphins, marsh birds, and stunning salt marsh vistas along the way.The captain will choose the best spots based on tide, weather, and target species.
3. Fishing Time
Duration:
- 3-hour charter: 2 to 2.5 hours of fishing
- Target species include blacktip sharks, bonnetheads, Atlantic sharpnose, bull sharks, and the occasional hammerhead.
4. Return to Dock
- Cruise back to the embarkation point.
- Optional photo ops with your catch.
- Fish cleaning available upon request (where permitted).
- Say your farewells and head home with memories—and maybe dinner—in hand!

- Non-marking shoes that you don't mind getting wet or dirty
- Camera or phone for photos
- Snacks
- Additional beverages (if desired)
- Any medications you may need including your epi pen (if required)
- Rods, reels, bait, tackle, and fishing license
- Cooler with ice for your catch
- Bottled water on ice
To ensure a smooth start to your fishing adventure, please follow the check-in process outlined below:
1. Arrival at Embarkation Point
- Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- Check your confirmation email or text for the exact dock location and boat name.
- Free or paid parking is available depending on location—plan ahead if departing from Hilton Head or Savannah marinas.
2. Meet Your Captain
- Your USCG-licensed captain will greet you at the dock, assist you aboard, and review the day’s trip details.
- You’ll receive a quick safety briefing, including life jacket location and onboard rules.
3. Review Essentials
The captain will confirm:
- Trip duration (3, 4, 5, or 6 hours)
- Target species (based on conditions and angler preference)
- Fishing methods to be used (bottom fishing, live bait, casting, etc.)
- Let the captain know if you have any special requests, mobility concerns, or if you’d like to keep fish for cleaning.
4. Load Personal Items
Bring aboard:
- Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
- Snacks and drinks (no glass containers, please. No exceptions.)
- Small bag for any personal items
- A cooler with ice will be provided for drinks and snacks
- Your catch will be stored in a fish box on ice. (If you would like to keep your catch, we will provide ziplocks with limited ice to get it back to you accomodations.)
5. Departure
- Once everyone is checked in and ready, you’ll depart the dock and head to the best local fishing grounds.Reminders:All fishing licenses and tackle are included.Trips will run rain or shine unless unsafe conditions are forecasted—captain makes the final call.Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.We look forward to showing you an unforgettable day on the water!
Standard Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness for both our guests and captains, the following cancellation policy applies to all in-shore charter bookings:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable and will be charged in full.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to show up at the designated embarkation point and time will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full amount of the charter.
No exceptions will be made for no-shows.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- The captain, in consultation with management, will determine if weather conditions are unsafe for departure.
- If a trip is cancelled due to weather, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Light rain or passing showers do not constitute unsafe conditions. Safety is our top priority, and the captain's judgment is final.
